Apraava Energy's
remuneration
philosophy is a key
component of the
company's overall
people strategy. Our
remuneration strategy
is performance-driven
and built on internal
and external equity,
allowing us to recruit
and retain talent.
Our remuneration is benchmarked against the
market on an annual basis by a third-party
expert. CLP Holdings' Human Resource &
Remuneration Committee approves the annual
pay increase recommendations. CLP Holdings
reviews and effects yearly increments and
variable payouts for the MD and his direct
reports. Annual increments and variable
payouts for all other employees are
recommended by the relevant function/asset
head, reviewed by the head of HR, and
approved by the MD.
