Board Demographics
Apraava Energy’s Board of
Directors foster a culture that
promotes high standards of
ethical behaviour, individual
accountability and
transparent disclosures in all
business dealings.
Out of eight members on the Apraava Energy Board, seven
are non-executive directors, which constitutes
approximately 87.5% of the strength of the board.
The Board of Directors is responsible for reviewing and
approving strategic, industrial, and financial plans, which
include the main guidelines for promoting a sustainable
business model and laying the groundwork for long-term
value creation.
