Several people require human-facilitation to access the benefits of the government’s COVID economic and
             welfare package including additional food grain (PMAY5), financial support (JDY, PMKSY6), wage
             employment (PMGKRY7), specific benefits to returning migrants (BOCW8), social security schemes
             (NSAP9) and MGNREGS for farm level land and water development assets. The intervention was
             implemented in 10 blocks in 8 districts of Madhya Pradesh with 20 Yuva Compass. Established as
             entitlement hubs embedded with SHG-CLFs, they have been very effective supporting access to schemes
             and program at the local level. In short duration 73719 beneficiaries were supported and accessed
             monetary benefits of Rs. 5 crores



             Replication of the “Locality Model” in 8 Blocks of Madhya Pradesh



             This project has demonstrated the contextual collective led processes supporting

             27CLFs, 684 Village Organizations across 378 GPs of 8 Blocks in 6 Districts.
             The convergent efforts of 4000+ women leaders, 1500+ change vectors, 1500+
             elected representatives in PRIs instituted a mechanism for drawing Rs.170 crore

             from government schemes.


             The community framework created space for comprehensive humanitarian relief,
             economic restoration particularly working with vulnerable segments during

             COVID. Various actors have collaborated towards the common objective of
