These report cards have helped districts and Prabhari officers significantly in monitoring line department
performances.

Support to Districts and State Administration in COVID Response
Under the Transformation of Aspirational District program, the State Resource Cell at the State of
Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh and the Aspirational District Fellows (ADFs) embedded within the District
Collectorate played crucial role in strengthening the COVID response. Transforming Rural India Foundation ANNUAL REPORT 2021-22

While the State Resource Cell is working in close coordination with the line department at State level, the
Aspirational District Fellows have immersed in the Districts response efforts. Out of the 35 LWE-
Aspirational Districts, in 31 districts, the Aspirational District Fellows have been engaged in the District
COVID Control Room. The supportive role of the team are on 7 key domains:

Emergency Medical Response and safety of Resource mobilization and financing from
frontline workers, Quarantine Management CSOs, CSR and Philanthropy

Humanitarian support on relief and food Activating measures for legal help and
distribution reducing domestic violence issues

Restoration and outreach of Social protection Advocating collaboration and partnership
scheme benefits for fight against COVID 19

Promoting localized production, distribution
and livelihood augmentation measures
