Every new leaf brings forth abundance of hope and growth waiting to be unfurled. As the world begins to embrace the new normal, and adapts to the challenges ahead, industry too is in the process of transformation to create a sustainable eco-system. Businesses are now re-looking at their strategies and treading new paths to innovate for a better tomorrow. Drawing inspiration from a new leaf, the theme of this year’s Awards, is an ode to all the unique efforts that are infusing a new lease of life towards creating an inclusive, sustainable and self reliant nation.

Like every year, Caps & Shells were given free hands to come up and present the visual themes ideas for Awards 2019. Taking the previous ideas forward, Caps & Shells decided to go off the digital art and instead using the handicraft.

Terracota is inherently environmentally friendly in the way its made from natural earth. It takes a lot to an artist to think of an idea, giving it a form, keeping in mind a variety of positive attributes before it is sent to kiln for giving a final appearance. The awards also represent similar attributes which can be compared to this rigorous process. With help of an artist from Orissa, Caps & Shells made an actual size and shape of trophy in Terracota sand and it went through the complete process including, finishing, heating and glazing.
