2020 is remembered as a year where we have seen a large scale of disruptions for the businesses, lives, livelihoods and particularly with PwD community. Many organisations stepped up and designed new processes and systems while ensuring safety and welling being of Persons with Disabilities.

To set a benchmark and inspire other companies, Indian Business Disability Network (IBDN), in support with ILO-Global Business Disability Network took the initiative to compile the stories and best practices by IBDN Member companies in ensuring the inclusion, safety and well-being of PwDs, during the pandemic.

Caps & Shells and IBDN team worked together to design the entire project, including cover title, designing the complete compendium. The report was launched at CII National Seminar on Workplace inclusion of PwDs on December, 2020.
