In 2019, CII decided to recognize the industry exemplars to promote women’s role in infrastructure sector. There were companies doing good practices towards women’ inclusion in male dominated sector. A book compiling case studies of companies was to be created. Caps & Shells helped CII in design and development of the report. Use of contemporary fonts, bold infographics, engaging information, action images of women at workplace together made an impactful book.
