As Vedanta Limited’s assessment of the potential

impacts of climate change and the transition to a
low-carbon economy continues to mature, any

future changes in the Group's climate change
strategy, changes in environmental laws and

regulations, and global decarbonization measures
may impact the company’s significant judgments

and key estimates and result in changes to
financial statements and carrying values of certain

assets and liabilities in future reporting periods.

However, as of the balance sheet date, the Group
believes that there is no material impact on

carrying values of its assets or liabilities.
