IBDN - an initiative by CII Foundation towards inclusion of PwDs at workplace. They wanted to compile the stories of industry captains, who have been hiring PwDs and inspiring others, breaking all the myths. Caps & Shells designed this compendium with a different approach. A unique style pictogram was created for the cover. The combination of black & yellow color was used across, since they are associated with visually impaired people.

Later, Caps & Shells also developed a film with the same style.
